Shipping within India

THE PEARL currently ships within India only.

Shipping charge

A flat shipping charge of ₹59 is applied per order. Any applicable charge is displayed at checkout before you complete payment.

Processing and delivery

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery is 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. If a delay occurs, we will communicate the updated status where contact details are available.

Address and tracking

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, mobile number, and postal code. Tracking details will be shared when available.

Order cancellation

To request a cancellation, email thepearlserum@gmail.com as soon as possible. Cancellations can be accepted only before an order has been dispatched.
